Important Update: Postponement of Annual School Bonfire 2026

The annual school bonfire has been postponed until Wednesday, October 14, 2026, which is the week of the Eden game.

Due to the recent dry conditions and fires, MISD recently met with local safety officials to review current environmental conditions, burn ban status, and safety protocols. Following their expert recommendation, we decided that rescheduling is the most responsible choice to ensure the safety of our community.

We know how much everyone looks forward to this tradition, but safety always comes first.
